Saharan to Wangtu Trek is an ideal introduction to the scenery and culture of the Sutlej Valley. Before we start the trek we visit the famous Bhimakaali Temple at Sarahan and the next day the trek begins with a short drive from Sarahan with village walk of Chaura and trail leads you to Tranda,Paunda, Sungra and Nichar. The whole Trek goes through the Old Hindustan Tibet road and you can witness the old rest houses constructed during the British era. Adding Charm to your trek will be the jeep safari to The cold living museum The Spiti Valley, where we visit The Ajantas of Himalayas, Rock cut monastery at Dankar, Ki and Kibber.
Day 01: Arrive Delhi - O/N Hotel
Day 02: Delhi- Chandigarh-Shimla - Arrival Shimla 342 K.M. (10 hrs) O/N Hotel
Day 03: Shimla - Local Sight Seeing in and around. O/N.
Day 04: Shimla-Sarahan (174 kms.) - (7 Hrs, Attitude 5155 M).
Day 05: Sarahan-Chaura (16 km) - O/N camp
Day 06: Chaura -Tranda (8 km) - O/N Camp
Day 07: Tranda -Paunda (10 km) – O/N Camp
Day 08: Paunda- Nichar (12 km) - O/N Camp
Day 09: Nichar – Wangtu- Sangla O/N Camp.
Day 10: Sangla- Kalpa - (80 km). O/N Hotel
Day 11: Kalpa to Tabo – (166km). O/N Hotel
Day 12: Tabo- Kaza – 45 Kms. O/N Hotel.
Day 13: Kaza- Manali - O/N Hotel
Day 14: Manali - Day at Leisure.
Day 15: Manali-Bhunter-Delhi – Departure back to Delhi.
