Chandigarh-Shimla-Kinnaur (Botanical tour)

Day 01: Early morning drive from Delhi/Chandigarh to the campsite near Shimla .Arrival at The camp refreshment and tent allotment and briefing about the camp culture. O/N Camp

Day 02:  Wake up call at 6 am I the morning and  after fresh up breakfast at the camp and Group Segregation an the group is divided into two groups and days activities like  Rock climbing, rock rappelling and White water rafting. Campfire in the evening. O/N camp

Day 03: Wakeup call at 6 am in the morning and group departs after early breakfast to Sangla almost 9 hours drive. Arrival at The camp and allotment of the tents. O/N Camp

Day 04: get up early morning and after fresh up nature Walk and bird watching and identifying the bird species around the camp. After breakfast information about the various species of the plants, herbs shrubs and other species found in the region. On this day a walking tour of Batseri village to identify the following species.

Plants and herbs: Cedrus deodar, Pinus Walichiana, Apricot, Populus ciliate, Acer Campbell, hippophae tibetana Rhedonesis, Sorbaria Tomentos etc.
Birds Residents: Himalayan whistling thrush, Rufus warbler, Gray tit, Griffon vulture, Golden Eagle, Shikara, Kestrel, Larks, Monal and wood packer.
Migratory Birds :Bulbul, Golden Oriel, Himalayan Yellow built magpie, shrikes,Wagtails,Chuff Red Build, Yellow build, Rose Finch,Ioras,Minivet,Flower Packer etc,

Day 05:  Wake up call at 6 am in the morning and after fresh up practiceYoga to know the limits of the body and the body limits with the help of few asana and breathing practices. After breakfast Explore the Khorgala Nalla to find the species Like-Cousinia Thomsonii, Cephalantanthera Longifolia, Aconogonum, Rheum austral, Oxyriadigyana,Incarvilea arguta,Echinops corinigerus,Sedum eversii,podophylum hexgendrum etc. Lunch at the campsite and afterwards a small workshop on the Agriculture practices, equipments and practices and later Trust building and team building exercises. O/N Camp

Day 06:  Wake up call at 6 am in the morning and after fresh upYoga session performing the various breathing and asnas with meditation. After breakfast both the groups move to a local village for the community works and involve themselves in various community based work, Interaction with the local villagers and Studying the lifestyle and culture of the people and after Lunch engaging in the agriculture techniques in the fields (saffron farming). Evening campfire after early dinner. O/N camp

Day 07: Wake up call at 6 am in the morning and after fresh upYoga session performing the various breathing and asnas with meditation. After breakfast Information about the survival & rescue techniques in mountains and briefing about camping and climbing equipment followed by rock climbing, rappelling and rope activities. In the evening general camp cleaning and camp fire after early dinner.

Day 08: After early breakfast move back to camp at Shimla. Reach in the evening dinner at the camp. O/N camp

Day 09: From Camp after cleaning the campsite check out and drive towards Chandigarh.

Services Includes:
Services will include the accommodation in the tents on four sharing basis with ground arrangements with sleeping bags.
Temporary Tolitets with WCs and facility for taking the bath
Vegetarian Meals with morning tea, breakfast, Lunch, evening tea and dinner
Transportation by non A/C Deluxe Coach/ by Toyota Qualis/Tavera 8 in one.
All activities as per the itinerary in the presence of trained instructor

Special Notes:
The set of activities are the sole discretions on the availability and the time of camp
The activities will be performed keeping in view the distance from the camp at the time of operation
Mobile Camps will be provided on triple/four sharing basis with sleeping bags.
Group will be taught the community service even as they will be made to participate in the camp activities such as accommodation, Serving Food, co-ordinating adventure activities and other managements.
